Rates

Nightly rates:

FALL/WINTER SPECIAL (9/1/2010-2/28/2011):

reduced rates of $145/night

$160/night holidays

AFTER 2/28/2011: $175/night

$189/night for holidays

$ 10 per night additional for pets (per pet)

(pets to be outdoor only...call for exceptions)

Please note that an 8% Transient Occupancy Tax

must be added to all rates.

Rates are for a maximum of 6 persons.

Additional $25 per person per night applies for all

occupants in excess of 6.

Weekly rates:

FALL/WINTER SPECIAL: $1015/week from

9/1/2010 until 2/28/2011

AFTER 2/28/2011:

$1100 per week (see pet fee under nightly rates)
